Terms of Sale and Use
Effective November 3, 2026 · These terms are an agreement between you and Pinvu (“we”, “us”) for the Pinvu Mac app and this website.
1. Purchase and price
Stripe Checkout shows your offer in US dollars, including applicable tax. A one-time purchase grants ongoing access to version 1. A monthly subscription automatically renews at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. Use Manage billing on Find my purchase to cancel before the next renewal. You keep access through the end of your paid period when you cancel. A monthly license needs an online check at least once every 24 hours.
2. Your license
When payment is confirmed, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Pinvu on up to 3 Macs that you own or control, with one license key. You may deactivate a Mac to move the license to another. You may not resell, share or publish your key or download link, or reverse-engineer the license check. A business may assign a license to one person.
3. Updates and early-stage software
One-time purchases include version 1 updates. Monthly subscriptions include updates while active. Features, integrations and the interface may change as we develop Pinvu. Pinvu requires Apple silicon and macOS 14 or later.
4. Refunds
To request a full refund, email support@pinvu.app within 14 days of your first payment. For monthly purchases, we also cancel the subscription when we refund that first payment. Refunds and chargebacks can end access. Activated Macs check access periodically and their signed activations expire. Your consumer rights still apply.
5. Third-party services
Some features connect to services you choose: Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google Drive, iCloud Drive, and AI providers such as Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (Codex). Your use of them is governed by their own terms and accounts. AI features need your own account with a supported provider; any fees they charge are separate. We aren’t responsible for third-party services, their availability or their changes.
6. Invisible Mode
Invisible Mode asks macOS to exclude Pinvu’s windows from screen sharing, screenshots and recordings. Whether this works depends on the recording or meeting app. It is best effort, not a guarantee. Test your tools before you rely on it. Use it lawfully and in line with the rules of your meetings, workplace or exams.
7. Your content and acceptable use
You own everything you create in Pinvu. We claim no rights to it and never receive it (see the Privacy Policy). Keep backups of important files. Don’t use Pinvu or this site to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or attack or overload our services.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Pinvu is provided “as is”, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, and we don’t promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. AI output can be wrong, so review it before relying on it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost data or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pinvu. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
9. Ending these terms
You can stop using Pinvu at any time. We may end your license if you materially breach these terms; in that case we’ll tell you why. Sections 7–10 continue after the terms end.
10. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in effect when you bought apply to that purchase, unless you agree otherwise. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the seller is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live. Questions: support@pinvu.app.
